20+ people, real problems.

We are a product studio in Pondicherry and we are actively hiring. We hire for how people think and how they reason about a problem, not for a list of technologies on a CV. There are no formal openings on the board right now — but we read every good application, and we would rather find you than advertise a role and hope you apply.

No openings on the board today

We would rather say that plainly than leave an empty list here pretending otherwise.

Open application — always on

Tell us what you want to build and what you have built so far. We reply to everything within two working days, including when the answer is not yet.

What we hire for

The disciplines we need

These are the areas we build in, and therefore the areas we hire for. They are not vacancies — they are where a good application from you would land.

  • Product and full-stack engineering

Owning a system end to end — schema, APIs, background jobs and the interface people actually use in it.

  • AI and workflow automation

Document intelligence, automation and the unglamorous plumbing that makes any of it reliable on real data.

  • Product design and design engineering

Interfaces for operational software: dense, fast and legible for people who live in them all day.

  • Client-side problem solving

Sitting with a business, understanding how the work really happens, and turning it into requirements that survive contact with reality.

  • Internships and apprenticeships

Structured, with real work and real review, for people early in their careers in or near Pondicherry.

What it is actually like

The honest version

Working here has real demands, and we would rather name them before you apply than after you start.

You want to finish things

Twenty-plus people means work outlives your attention span. Owning something means seeing it through to shipped and actually used — not handing it on half-done.

You think before you build

We would rather hear the wrong question early than review the wrong code late. Reasoning out loud is a habit here, not a performance for the interview panel.

You like problems nobody has written down

A lot of our work starts in discovery. The specification usually does not exist yet when you are asked to help write it.

You would rather be useful than correct

Client work means talking to people, being wrong in front of them, and changing your mind without defensiveness.

You can work without supervision

We are not looking for someone to be managed. We are looking for someone who does not need to be.

Distributed works, but hours have to overlap

We serve clients across India and worldwide and are used to working that way. Expect some overlap with IST — not 24/7.

What you get

In exchange

The other side of the trade-offs. Small enough to be specific about.

01

Work you can point at

Things that ship and get used. EYD, Lecom, Boowa and Aura are ours, not a client's.

02

A short line to the decision

You talk to the people deciding the work, not through three layers to find out who they are.

03

Hard problems, no enterprise politics

Ambiguity and scale problems without a committee to navigate before you can start.

04

A real say in scope

Say what should not be built as often as what should. That is cheaper than the alternative.

How we hire

Six steps, no mystery

You will know where you are at every stage, and you will hear from us either way.

  1. 01

    Send an email

Tell us what you want to build. Links beat cover letters.

  2. 02

    A real conversation

Half an hour with a founder. Bring questions.

  3. 03

    A problem, not a test

We give you a genuine problem and watch how you think about it.

  4. 04

    A short piece of work

Scoped small. If it turns out to be real work, it gets paid.

  5. 05

    A clear answer

Either way you hear from us. We do not leave people waiting.

  6. 06

    Build it together

The reliable way to know is to build something together.

Apply

Tell us what you’d like to build.

A few honest paragraphs beat a polished cover letter. Links to anything you have built — a repository, a live product, a small tool someone else now uses — tell us more than any CV.
